Jenelle’s life is full of drama. The Teen Mom star just came out of her son Jace’s CPS case. But soon after, she had to go through a divorce with her soon-to-be ex-husband David. It is safe to say Jenelle won’t be living the quiet life anytime soon.

Teen Mom: Jenelle Wants Ensley’s Primary Custody & David’s Mental Assessment
As far as drama goes, Jenelle Evans’s life is full of it. She has a lot on her plate. Her son Jace is back in her custody. But the Teen Mom star is going through a divorce. She is separating from her husband, David Eason. The pair has a daughter, Ensley. Jenelle and David’s divorce means one or both will have Ensley’s custody.
The star has demanded the court give her Ensley’s primary custody. She also had a condition for David if he wanted to be a part of Ensley’s life. Jenelle wanted to have “visitation or custodial time” only after he got a mental assessment. The assessment would need to indicate David was fit and able to care for Ensley. Jenelle had claimed she had been Ensley’s “primary caregiver” throughout the child’s life.
Evans argued she was the only parent “devoting her time, energy, effort and resources.” Jenelle had driven Ensley to all her “doctor’s appointments,” school, and “extracurricular and enrichment activities.” The star then turned on David, saying he hadn’t cared about the child since he moved out of the house. He didn’t even care about her “well-being, treatment plan or status,” knowing she had an ailment.
Jenelle pointed out David’s “excessive alcohol use” and “short temper.” She said it made things difficult and ordered him to submit a psychological evaluation with MMPI testing. Though David had an unstable employment history, Jenelle still wanted him to contribute. So the Teen Mom star asked him to pay Ensley’s various “out-of-pocket” costs.
Teen Mom: Jenelle Wants David To Undergo An MMPI Test
Jenelle wanted David to undergo psychological testing. She alleged his “excessive alcohol use” and “short temper” caused stress. The star requested the court order the defendant, David, to undergo a Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory testing.
David’s test reports will indicate whether he is fit for parental duties. The Teen Mom star also wants him to contribute to their daughter’s monetary well-being. He will need to provide “child support” for Ensley.
Jenelle has also requested David pay for Ensley’s “out-of-pocket” expenses like healthcare, “counseling, tutoring,” etc. It looks like David has a lot to work for, and we hope he mends his ways.
