Now, her other ex, Nathan Griffith, is behind bars in Nevada for felony charges. Authorities have arrested Nathan for the third time on charges of domestic battery by strangulation. Authorities previously issued a warrant for Janelle’s another ex, David Eason, on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Reports indicate that authorities arrested Nathan in Clark County on Wednesday. The Teen Mom alum’s ex faces charges for a parole violation related to his previous strangulation case. He remains in custody, with a bail amount set at $15,000. Nathan’s first court appearance is scheduled for April 24. Court minutes also reveal that officials did not interview Nathan because he was “indisciplined and uncooperative.”

This is not the first time Nathan from Teen Mom has run into the law. A while back, he was arrested for attacking his sister and attempting to assault her by strangulation. He had to comply for 36 months with the program rules and policies as punishment. However, he broke the rules.
This put him in trouble, and the District Court received his case. Later, the court sentenced him to 12 months in jail. He has a history of alcohol-related arrests, and he also failed the program because he broke the rules and had alcohol and other kinds of drugs in his system. So, Nathan is not new to causing trouble.

Nathan Griffith is again in trouble. This time, it’s not clear who the most recent victim is. Authorities have arrested the 37-year-old former reality star on charges of domestic battery by strangulation. He is currently in a relationship with 21-year-old Anastasia Angie Biddle. They have been dating for over a year. After his arrest, the disciplinary committee complained that he was uncooperative with the cops.

They further added that they could not interview him as he was not answering them. As per reports from TheAshley, the district attorney has decided to move forward with prosecuting domestic battery charges by strangulation. After holding Nathan accountable for his actions, the court assigned him a public defender to navigate the initial hearing. He also issued a no-contact order, forbidding him from contacting Angie until August 21.
The latter then posted a phone call between them. She later deleted it. The phone conversation took place before Nathan went to jail. He requested that she not turn up to the court for the hearing. Janelle Evans shares her middle child, Kaiser, with Nathan. She revealed that they planned to spens the night in her Las Vegas home before his arrest. It had been two years since he met Kaiser, so she suggested he could live with him in his room, as he has a queen-size bed.
However, she also gave him an ultimatum that he had to figure out what he was doing in a few days. She was willing to help him because he was Kaiser’s father.
