Jenelle Evans is most definitely controversies’ favorite child. The Teen Mom star doesn’t need to do anything to cause chaos, but instead, chaos and drama find her. Recently, she was at loggerheads with her ex-beau, August Keen, over cheating and harassment charges, and now, it is with her sister. Jenelle has a strained relationship with her half-sister, Ashleigh Evans Wilson. The duo has previously been fighting over several issues and is now back at it. However, this time, it is over their father’s death.
Jenelle’s father, Robert, recently passed away after battling lung cancer. Her sister Ashleigh shared a post over it, and here is when it all started. Ashley expressed her grief over their father’s death and further added that she was not aware of it. The dad passed away at the age of 75 on December 2024. She elaborated that she lost touch with her father for almost two decades. However, this was the point when Jenelle fired at her.

It all started when Jenelle accused August of cheating on her. She revealed he had a girlfriend all along. He counter-attacked and said that Jenelle was abusive. He added that she should be jailed but did not deny the cheating charges. Later, he got a restraining order against the Teen Mom star and shared that she was running a hate campaign against him.
August’s ex-girlfriend also lodged a police complaint against Jenelle. She shared that the diva threw away her mailbox. Jenelle blamed them for lying and even shared that August contacted her mom. The equation amid the duo is turning bitter by the day, but August has decided to keep their distance for the sake of the kids.
Teen Mom: Jenelle Evans And Her Sister Ashleigh Are Fighting Over Their Father’s Death
Jenelle Evans’ parents separated when she was very young. After that, her mom shifted to North Carolina with her siblings. Over the years, Jenelle lost touch with her father. She shared that she tried reconnecting with him, but he was not responsive. Moreover, he walked out on them when she was young and never looked back.
Jenelle’s sister, Ashleigh, shared a post on Facebook talking about her father’s death. She has now deleted the post. In there, she shared that she got to know about his death from her mother. She reflected on the limited time she could spend with him. Ashleigh later added that Jenelle fought with her over the post. She accused Jenelle of not understanding that people grieve differently. Ashleigh went on to block Jenelle and left social media to protect her mental health.
Ashleigh further accused Jenelle of being selfish and not considerate. She further said that her brother Colin would talk about the entire story in his YouTube video. Jenelle does not understand that their father’s death affected their entire family but is only concerned about her own self. This is not the first time that Jenelle and Ashleigh have fought.
Jenelle, as of now hasn’t reacted to the accusations. She has also not talked about her father’s death. In the past, she shared that she felt jealous when her friends had fathers, but she had no one.
