Teen Mom: Judge Larry Accused Of Being “Lenient” Towards Ryan Edwards! Only Gave Him 1-Year Inside Prison

Teen Mom star Ryan Edwards has had a long list of arrests during the past few years. Reportedly, the MTV star appeared for the hearing on April 20 in Hamilton Country Courty. He is sentenced to 11 months and 29 days jail term for drug possession and driving under the influence. On March 14, Judge Larry dismissed several charges from Ryan’s previous arrest, including stalking, substance possessions, and violation of the order of protection.

He also ordered him to complete his 6 months in a rehab facility and not contact Mackenzie. However, the MTV star skipped the rehab facility leading to his arrest on April 7. The district attorney accused Judge Larry of his Lenient sentence last time. But the latest judgment sparks new controversy!

Teen Mom Star Ryan Edwards Sentenced To One Year Jail! Squandered for Lenient Punishment!

Ryan appeared in front of Judge Gary Starnes in Hamilton County Court for the hearing. He had been in jail since April 7 without bond for possession of drugs and driving under the influence. Moreover, he was pleading guilty to previous charges of harassment and violation of the order of probation. During the hearing, the District Attorney pointed out that the court in March granted the accused a lenient break. For the second or third time, he was given the chance to undertake rehabilitation. Further, he states that the Teen Mom star joined the rehab facility on March 16 and left on April 3. Four days later, Ryan overdosed while driving and hit the curb.

Judge Gary Starnes on Thursday stated that Ryan Edwards is a fine young man, and everyone knows the Edwards family. He continued by saying that they have all watched him grow, but he is an extreme danger to the public and himself as well. Reportedly, there is a deeper relationship between the Starnes and Edwards families. Judge Starnes’ daughter and Ryan were friends in high school, and it is said that they have been in contact ever since. Moreover, Ryan’s father and Larry and Judge Starnes seemingly live just one street away and even attended Ryan and Mackenzie’s weddings in November 2017.

Teen Mom alum Mackenzie Edwards reacts to estranged husband’s imprisonment for his DUI and drug possession arrest. Mackenzie, 27, states that she is hopeful that Ryan would serve more time behind the bars referring to the one-year sentence. Reportedly, the MTV star didn’t sit with her in-laws during the court hearing. She believes that it is just a start and that four more charges are pending on him. Also, Mackenzie claimed that she has a job, and all this isn’t good for her career.

In March, Mackenzie reported Ryan for violating the order of protection and damaging her house. Ryan allegedly destroys the house by throwing all the stuff, ruining appliances, and breaking windows.
