She revealed that she had spent more than $1 million on her child-custody battles. “Nobody wins in child custody,” she remarked.

Moreover, she revealed how one of her baby daddies had harassed her and abused the court system. Apparently, he had filed trifling court cases, and Kail had to spend a fortune on her legal team. This ex is Chris Lopez. Since Chris represents himself without legal counsel, he spends way less than Kail does.

“I do feel it’s an abuse of the system and it’s not on my end,” she said. Over the years, the two exes have butted heads over Chris cutting down their children’s hair without their permission. Kail also revealed that he filed more than 50 times in court in one year. “I still have to pay thousands and thousands of dollars on frivolous filings, and the court can’t intervene,” she stated.
