Teen Mom fame McKenzie, a few days back, gave birth to her twin daughters with her fiance, Khesanio Hall. It was a high-risk pregnancy, as she is Type 1 diabetic and had several complications. However, McKenzie went through the difficult pregnancy and welcomed her babies. Her daughters were healthy, and so was she. Recently, McKenzie shared crushing news with her fans about one of her newborn daughters.
McKenzie gave birth to Ja’Kharie Angie and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall on Monday, June 2. They were born at 7:08 PM EST and weighed exactly 5 pounds. McKenzie was over the moon to start this new phase of life. However, her kids had certain complications, so doctors placed them in the NICU. Now, McKenzie has shared sad news with her fans about her kids. She revealed that although a few days have passed since their birth, only one has been released from the NICU. Unfortunately, the other still needs to stay in the hospital.

Mackenzie proudly shared a heartwarming update that her twin daughters, A’Kharie Angie and Ja’Meikah Angella, finally reunited after spending 10 days in the NICU. Born on June 2, 2025, the babies had to stay under medical care while McKenzie recovered at home.
With her fiance Khesanio Hall’s constant support, she stayed strong through her high-risk pregnancy. In a sweet photo, Hall cradled both girls as McKenzie beamed with joy. Now, off all support, the twins are healthy and thriving. McKenzie said she feels proud and emotional seeing how far her babies have come.

One of her daughters has grown to her full capacity and is finally ready to step out of the NICU. Unfortunately, her other daughter still needs stability, which is why she will continue staying at the hospital. Along with the revelation, she shared a sweet picture of her daughters, looking healthy and happy in a baby crib.
McKenzie is crushed that one of her daughters has to stay in the hospital for the time being. She wants to take them both home. She further added that this is definitely the hardest part of her twins’ lives as well. Mackenzie is very happy to take one home, but at the same time, she is sad. They were in her belly together, then placed in separate cribs, and are now growing completely apart.
