The Chattanooga Police arrested Teen Mom star, Amanda Conner, on charges of DUI and child abuse. They took her to the Hamilton County jail and kept her there for approximately 6.5 hours before setting her bail at $16k. She posted bail and is currently out on the condition that she has no contact with baby Presley. Now, newer details have surfaced.

In his affidavit, the arresting officer stated that they were already on the lookout for Amanda’s car when a motorist reported a person driving erratically who matched Amanda’s description. When the officers finally pulled her over, they found Presley asleep in the back seat. However, she had failed certain field sobriety tests. Therefore, the officers arrested her for DUI and child abuse.

Later on, in the county jail, she refused to take blood tests, which led to two more charges to her name. However, the officers later obtained permission and conducted those tests to confirm what they had already predicted. They even found prescription drugs in her car, and the bottle was empty, which it wasn’t supposed to be according to the refill dates.

The ankle monitor Amanda has to wear now is apparently an alcohol monitoring system that she has to wear till her court dates. She has to appear in court on June 3rd to plead her case.
