After the loss of her eldest son left her devastated, Teen Mom Whitney trudged down a darker path. She already had a notorious streak with her recurring run-ins with the law. However, this time around, her decisions landed her in much deeper trouble, resulting in the loss of lives. Therefore, authorities arrested her on charges of involuntary manslaughter, possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, and using a communication device to aid a drug-related crime.

She involuntarily caused the fentanyl death of a friend. The MTV star had been out of jail on bond since August. Moreover, she is now facing upgraded charges of “aggravated involuntary manslaughter.” Authorities have additionally charged her with four felony charges of “Illegal Use of a Communication Facility.” Furthermore, she is also facing charges of “Sale of Fentanyl” and “Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute.”

Teen Mom star Whitney Purvis has had quite a challenging life after the show. Her life had been marked by several personal tragedies and legal challenges over the years. Whitney’s arrest records over the years have grown in number, never dwindling. Her consistent dealings with law enforcement included multiple instances in which she broke the law.

She is now facing upgraded charges of “aggravated involuntary manslaughter,” after her friend died after having the drug she distributed. In her most recent court hearing, however, she had pleaded “not guilty” on all charges. Now, she and her public defender requested a list of witnesses whose testimony led to the charges against her in the recent paperwork they filed.

But in a surprising turn of events, her baby daddy, Weston Gosa, is facing legal charges as well. Apparently, he shoplifted from the tractor supply aisle in a supermarket in Georgia. Authorities have accused him of concealing and stealing over $500 worth of merchandise. Whitney didn’t miss the chance to drag down her ex, who is solely responsible for keeping her from her sons.

“Seeing my baby daddy stealing from tractor supply and being posted online was not how I expected to start off this year,” Whitney wrote on her Facebook. This, however, wasn’t Weston’s first rodeo. His past charges include drug DUI, violating his probation, criminal trespassing, etc. His next court hearing date remains unknown.
