Teen Mom Fans Show Support For Kailyn Over Heart-Wrenching Family Loss
Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry recently revealed that her father died at the age of 66. Raymond had been battling stage four chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). A few weeks ago, she went to Texas to see her estranged father. As soon as she revealed that she had lost her father, fans did not wait a second to show their love, support, and condolences to Lowry. Kailyn admitted she is still processing her emotions.
She also added that she was finding closure in their final moments. A fan wrote that losing a parent is such a complex type of grief. “We were not speaking at the time. You feel things you never expected to feel,” the user added. Another follower said that Kail is strong and the best mother, and her children will never know the pain of the cycle she alone broke. A third user commented, “Thank you for letting us in. I can relate so hard, so many others.”
Teen Mom: RIP! Kailyn’s Dad Has Passed Away At 66
On October 11, Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry confirmed on her podcast that her estranged father, Raymond, had passed away after battling COPD for a long time. Just two weeks after she had met her long-lost dad, her aunt informed her that he had passed away. She said it was interesting because she tells people that if they feel a connection with someone, they should pursue it. Lowry further admitted that, unfortunately, she doesn’t have that with her mom.

“It doesn’t make me want to change my mind,” she added. Lowry also explained that her father’s absence wasn’t as simple as she had thought. Very recently, the reality TV star learned that the distance between father and daughter had been ‘court-ordered’ because Raymond ‘kidnapped’ her when she was a child. Kail admitted that her last meeting with her father gave her closure. “If I would’ve just had the opportunity to tell him that I’m not mad anymore, I really appreciate the time you gave me,” she said.
Lowry further said that when she was leaving the hospice, her father told her that she still looked mad. Kail said she doesn’t know if it would have made a difference for him, but it would have for her. “It’s more for me—to let him know I’m not mad anymore. That part of it sucks,” she admitted. Furthermore, in the podcast, Kail added that her father was cremated, and she also has plans to travel back to Texas in November. She would like to honor his life with her family. The 33-year-old star admitted that Monday was really hard for her.
“I’d cry and then I’d be fine, and then I’d cry again,” she said. Lowry said that she felt disconnected from her father and is emotional about it. When her co-host, Kristen Hook, asked how she is coping, she replied with tears in her eyes that she is still processing her emotions. Kail also said that her children don’t know Raymond existed. When she showed him her kids’ pictures, he did not react. She recalled asking him if he was ‘gonna say anything,’ and he replied, “What do you want me to say?” Hopefully, Kailyn processes the grief well. Oh, Kailyn, dealing with dad issues and his final exit at 66 from COPD – talk about a packed emotional rollercoaster! First, the court-ordered estrangement because of a kidnap (who knew family drama could be so legally tangled?), then him not reacting to her kids, and now this. Poor Raymond probably just wanted to go out on his own terms, COPD or not! Its hilarious how she says shes not mad anymore, but he thought she was. Maybe a little closure would have been him knowing she wasnt mad *at him*, not *because of him*? Anyway, shes processing, crying one minute, fine the next – classic. Glad her kids dont know him, less confusion for them! Keep it real, Kailyn, though the traveling to Texas to honor him sounds like a trip straight out of a soap opera. Well see how that goes!vòng quay random
Oh, Kailyn, dealing with dad issues AND dad dying? Thats a reality TV season finale, right? Her poor dad didnt even get to say Im not mad anymore, poor guy! But hey, at least shes processing, not unlike how we process opening the dishwasher. And her kids will never know him – talk about an inheritance you can definitely live without! Sending virtual tissues and maybe a distraction podcast her way. #TeenMomDrama #GriefAndGlorybasketball bros unblocked
Oh, Kailyn, dealing with dad issues AND COPD… talk about a double whammy! Losing your father, especially after finally meeting him, is one thing, but finding out the distance was *court-ordered kidnap* adds a whole new layer of complicated grief to the mix, doesnt it? Her kids will永远 never know the pain of the cycle she broke… probably because explaining Dad was a bit of a fugitive might be too much for little minds! And the whole Im not mad anymore thing – nice sentiment, but lets be real, shes processing that in her own time, maybe alongside her tears and fluctuating moods. Thanks for letting us in on the emotional rollercoaster, Kailyn! Were all here for the updates, even if its just to笑 at the reality of family dynamics. TEEN MOM: KAILYN LOWRY <3prophecy deltarune
Oh, Kailyn, dealing with dad issues is one thing, but dealing with *estranged* dad issues while hes dropping like flies (COPD, really?) adds a whole new layer! Its like, hey, maybe pursue that connection, unless the courts specifically told you not to because hes a kidnap artist extraordinaire? Poor Raymond didnt even get to say Im not mad anymore apparently. Kailyn trying to process this while also not being mad at her mom for some reason? Thats a reality TV stars life for you! Anyway, thanks for the update, Kailyn, and we all hope you get closure before November. Or maybe just get through Monday. *Teens Mom: RIP!*
