It seems like the case has finally ended. Mackenzie and Josh had been separated for a while now. The former was even dating a new man. But it seems that Josh and Mackenzie’s divorce has finally come through. There is also a decision about their kids’ custody. Read the article to know the details.
Teen Mom: Mackenzie & Josh Divorce — Agreement On Kids’ Custody
Mackenzie McKee and Josh had been together on the MTV show. The former was pregnant with their first child, Gannon, back then. However, it has been many years since their first TV appearance. Now, Mackenzie and Josh are parents to two more kids Jaxie and Broncs. However, the couple decided to divorce each other back in July 2022.
The Teen Mom couple had been in the process of divorcing since July 2022. But there is finally some good news in the case. The court has finalized Josh and Mackenzie’s divorce. According to TheSun, Mackenzie has partial custody of her three kids. It means Mackenzie and Josh will be splitting the custody of Gannon, Jaxie and Broncs.

News of the final judgment came on February 19, 2024. Mackenzie and Josh will have a shared parenting plan. It means they must “mutually agree to all extracurricular activities.” They also agreed to split all the finances for their kids’ hobbies. However, Mackenzie will take the majority of the kids’ care as Josh will be the long-distance caretaker. Additionally, Mackenzie will have the kids for most of their breaks. But Josh will them on Father’s Day, New Year’s Day, Christmas, and 4th of July.
Along with the days mentioned above, Josh will have the kids for their spring and winter break. He will also have them for their five weeks of school breaks. But the condition is that he will have to pay for all their transportation. This means Josh will have the kids for 65 nights and 59 days. Meanwhile, Teen Mom star Mackenzie will have them for 300 nights and 295 days.
Another condition for the divorce involves last-minute schedule changes. The court dictated that the “party requesting the change of schedule” would be “responsible for additional childcare or transportation costs.” Even the sitter needs to be approved by both parties.
Teen Mom: Is Mackenzie Pregnant Again?
On April 11, Mackenzie shared a carousel post on Instagram with updates about her life. The star revealed five updates. She told the fans she was developing her “Bodybymac space for filming and classes.” Additionally, she announced the launch of her new “Bodybymac community fitness app.”
However, the Teen Mom star said the fifth update would come out soon. Some fans speculate that it may involve a new addition to the family. Others think she might announce her engagement or a new home purchase. But Mackenzie did not look pregnant in her April 8 beach photos.

Fans think the photos were taken earlier and posted later. So many still believe the star will soon welcome baby number four. Many also feel she might announce her engagement with Khesanio soon, but a baby seems more plausible. Stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers for more Teen Mom updates.
