Actor Jacob Young recently spoke to Soaps In Depth, and he revealed if he is interested in coming back to The Bold and the Beautiful or not. This is heartbreaking news for all the fans, but Young says that he isn’t really interested in coming back. He says that he has been on the soap twice, had a good time while he was there. Jacob loved working with all the actors, but he feels that there isn’t a lot of work for him.
He says that the soap episodes are usually 30 minutes long. So, they can only focus on a couple of storylines. That is something that doesn’t work for him. The Bold and the Beautiful viewers saw Young in May 2018 when he came in for Hope and Liam‘s wedding. After that, he has been away. As for Young, he wants stability and something more consistent for his character. But, since he isn’t getting it, he isn’t really interested in coming back.
Talking more about the soap and how it handles the characters, He couldn’t handle the fact on how the show is handling Sally Spectra. He says that the soap let Courtney Hope cross to The Young and the Restless, and that wasn’t a nice move. Young feels that Hope was one of the most talented actresses on the soap, and she did not get the right amount of story. So, he thinks that the same happens to his character, and hence he doesn’t want to come back.
