The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, September 2, 2022, revealed the story of Sheila’s encounter with Finn. She overheard Finn’s conversation with Bill, where he expressed remorse over Sheila’s death. Sheila decided that she would build a relationship with Finn and not leave Los Angeles. Liam remembered his fight with Thomas and was scared for Hope. He was frustrated because she was not answering his text. Hope told Thomas Douglas was happy and excited because the Forrester mansion was a new experience. Thomas admitted Hope was the only woman in his life.
Sheila Is Motivated
In this episode of the Bold and the Beautiful, we saw Deacon deal with Finn at the restaurant. He tried to signal Sheila to leave and not cause trouble. Bill joined Finn and Li, and Finn thanked Bill for helping his family. Deacon bought some drinks for the family; Bill was suspicious of this gesture.
Deacon hissed at Sheila, but she continued to stay there and eavesdrop on Finn’s conversation. Bill spoke of Sheila’s death as a good thing. However, Finn thought the bear attack was brutal. He did not understand Sheila but he valued his biological mother for giving birth to him.
Later, Deacon scolded Sheila at his house. Sheila defended her move by suggesting she was there to give Deacon his phone. Sheila was happy to see Finn at the restaurant. Deacon demanded this could never happen again. Sheila was happy to hear Finn was sad about her death. Deacon warned her not to get any wrong ideas but she insisted it was a big deal. Sheila was sure she could build a relationship with Finn.

Meanwhile, Brooke and Liam feared Thomas would manipulate Hope into letting him keep Douglas. Brooke and Liam agreed that Thomas was unstable and hence, unsafe for Douglas. Hope was not replying to Liam’s texts. He remembered Thomas’ knowledge of Beth’s survival and his fight with Liam. Liam was worried for Hope and Douglas.
Hope spent some time with Douglas and Thomas at the Forrester mansion. Douglas said he had a good time with his father. He wanted to spend more time with Thomas. In private, Thomas assured Hope that he did not force Douglas to say those things. Hope believed Thomas.
Thomas Confesses To Hope
Furthermore, Thomas said he had deceived Hope several times but was determined to be a better man. He had decided to set things straight. Hope could see Douglas was happy but she wondered if this was because everything at the Forrester mansion was new and exciting.
Moreover, Hope insisted Douglas needed to be with his family at the cabin. She did not understand why Thomas was trying to take Douglas away from her. Thomas insisted he was not trying to hurt her, he just wanted what was best for his son. He suggested Douglas should live with both of them. However, that was not possible because Hope was with Liam.
