The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, September 8, 2022, revealed the story of Hope and Thomas. Brooke discussed her worries about the evil Forrester family with Liam. Moreover, Liam was also worried about Thomas having feelings for Hope. He wanted Hope to take a stand and fight for her family.
Meanwhile, the Forresters shared speeches and warm words with each other. Douglas was having a good time and thanked his mother for letting him stay. Hope came home without Douglas and cried about her despair. Liam consoled her and told her to use her feelings strategically and get Douglas back.
Brooke & Liam Chat
In this episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, we saw Brooke discuss her fears about Thomas with Liam. She wondered if Thomas could hide his feelings for Hope anymore. Brooke was worried Steffy and Taylor were taking advantage of the situation to break her marriage with Ridge. Obviously, Brooke believed she was under attack.
Liam interrupted her thoughts and suggested they could be overreacting. However, Brooke insisted that was not the case. She was pissed at Thomas’ new fight for custody. Furthermore, Brooke thought the Forresters were exploiting little Douglas for their family mission. Liam listened to her and believed the situation was complex indeed. Moreover, he believed Hope had to take a stand.

Meanwhile, at the Forrester mansion, Zende appreciated Eric’s new portrait. He was happy for Eric and Donna. Eric suggested it would end well for Zende and Paris too. Steffy pretended to be nice to Hope as they discussed their nanny. She was happy. Hope came and saw how happy Douglas was at the Forrester mansion.
Furthermore, Thomas talked about Hope being a part of the family as she was Douglas’ mother. Steffy told Taylor she was meant to be with Ridge in a private conversation. Taylor spoke about how happy she was to see her whole family together. The family rejoiced in Steffy and Finn’s reunion and Thomas and Douglas.
Hope Feels Conflicted
Further, On The Bold and the Beautiful, Douglas thanked Hope for the extended stay at the Forrester mansion. Furthermore, he mentioned he was working on a project with Kelly. Hope went home to Liam without Douglas and started sobbing. She told him she was feeling conflicted and listless. Hope did not know what to do because she missed Douglas and loved him.
However, it did not feel right to bring him out of the mansion when he was having a wonderful time. Liam consoled Hope and understood her dilemma. According to Liam, Hope should be mindful of Thomas’ manipulation. He thought she could use her feelings for an advantage. Speaking of Thomas, he looked at a picture of himself with Douglas and Hope.
