Thomas Forrester, on The Bold and The Beautiful, is the blackest sheep any family could ever have. The man has made messes over messes and yet has failed to take responsibility for even one of them, let alone make amends. He truly makes us rethink the concept of second chances because he deserves none. After the fake CPS call debacle, it appeared that Thomas would learn his lesson and mend his ways. But nope! He loves proving everyone wrong, or maybe proving them right that he can never change! Staying in tune with his dark side, Thomas makes a new shady move to gain Douglas’ custody.
Steffy Stands In Thomas’s Path To Douglas, Thomas Wages War
Steffy warned her brother Thomas against taking Hope to court over Douglas’ custody on The Bold and The Beautiful. But Thomas paid no heed to his sister, he was confident that he can win the custody battle. However, Steffy wasn’t so sure and warned him that he might lose the existing visitation rights to his son in the process. On the other hand, Hope feared that Thomas had some dirty tricks up his sleeves to snatch Douglas away from her. But she still felt confident that if the judge asks, her son would choose to live with her.
But Douglas shocked everyone with his decision on The Bold and The Beautiful. Instead of choosing Hope or Thomas, he chose Steffy. This broke Hope’s heart, but Thomas was pleased that Douglas would live at The Cliff House. He assumed that Steffy would side with him and allow him unlimited access to his son at her home. Alas, that wasn’t the case. Steffy stood her ground on wanting to protect Douglas at all costs, even if it meant keeping him away from his bio-dad. Thomas was furious at his sister’s stance and warned her not to stand in between him and his son. Later, Finn shared his concerns that Thomas’ warning felt more like a threat. Is Finn right to be worried? Will Thomas once again resort to underhanded means to get what he wants?
Thomas Heads Back To Court On The Bold And The Beautiful With A New Trick
When Thomas challenged Hope in court, he never imagined that Douglas would make such a move on The Bold and The Beautiful. While Hope has accepted Douglas’ wish with a heart, Thomas is in no mood to back off. The original proposal was for Douglas to choose between Thomas and Hope. But Judge Gomez granted the little boy’s wish to live with his aunt. So Thomas might take the case back to court to challenge the existing ruling. He has grounds that with living parents willing and capable to take care of Douglas, the custody should not be awarded to a relative. And he will have a fair chance to at least get to the point of a hearing.
And this time round, Thomas would plan his moves with much more precision on The Bold and The Beautiful. Last time he became over confident that given the chance, Douglas would choose him. Thus, this time he might try to eliminate that possibility all together. He may pull some strings to get a favorable judge assigned to his case. And when we say “favorable,” we mean corrupt. For instance, Judge McMullen! He has proven before that he is willing to make a deal with the devil for some moolah! So Thomas may feel that this is the best solution to his problems.
