Well, Bill owns a pet parlor and accessory store called Rocky and Maggies. So, the Instagram post was nothing but a promotional strategy. However, TLC fans appeared not on board with the picture, expressing their keen disapproval in the comments.
“Why would you even sell that in your store? That’s just wrong,” a top comment read. “This looks somewhat dangerous!!” another user wrote. Tons of The Little Couple fans even described the image as “distasteful” and “morbid.” Another comment read, “That looks wild!” Clearly, the picture upset fans. A fan also inquired if Bill’s account was hacked. However, the official account of his pet store denied the speculation, stating, “just having fun with marketing.”
Taking note of the reaction, Bill edited his caption and addressed fan opinions. “I cant believe none of you got the #pulpfiction reference,” he said, hoping there would be a movie buff in his followers. He also commented under his post, clarifying that the image was AI-generated and that his store sells much more appropriate products.
