Kelsey Wang will make her debut as Allie on the show on March 10, 2022. She is described as a mysterious young professional who catches the eye of one of Genoa City’s bachelors. The show has not revealed all the details yet, but with so much drama from Jack’s cryptic text, it seems like she might be in relation to Jack Abbott.
Soap fans would recall Kelsey from General Hospital. She recently appeared in the recurring role of Daisy Gwan. Her other work includes Netflix’s Daredevil, The dual-language pilot -Journey to the east, and Chimerica. While speaking to Soap Opera Digest, the actress said, “There’s so much that I respect about this world, and I’m so happy to be a part of it”. She also talked about how she has grown up watching The Young And The Restless and how she found her love for acting.
A little birdie also tells us the probable storyline for Allie will be around Jack Abbott and also around Noah Newman. It seems like the show is bringing a love interest for the eligible bachelor of Genoa City. It also seems like CBS Soap will finally give more attention to the Abbott family. If Allie comes in relation to Jack, then he might actually have a new addition to his existing family. Regardless, we know Allie will receive a warm welcome from soap opera fans.
