Diane has had rough time off late on The Young and The Restless. Unfortunately, the reformed bad girl’s troubles are far from over on the famous daily soap. Diane’s Past Return To Haunt Her On The Young And The Restless, Courtesy Phyllis
Diane is on the path of penance in seems off late. Ever since she returned post faking her own death, she has been trying to make amends on The Young and The Restless. Despite her fall from grace, spectacularly orchestrated by Phyllis, Nikki, and Ashley, Diane has tried to stick to the straight and narrow. She has confessed most of her wrongdoing to Jack and Kyle. She has even done every possible thing to rebuild her connection with her son, Kyle, and Grandson Harrison. Who, in turn, stood by her when the woman battalion marched to tear Diane down. It all started to work out in her favor finally.
Alas, for how long could that last? Phyllis has made it her single-point agenda to run Diane out of town. And she is willing to go to any length for that, despite Jack’s warnings on The Young and The Restless. The latest trouble storming Diane’s way is Jeremy Stark. It will be no surprise to find out that will fireball is set on Diane’s path by Phyllis. Jeremy seeks revenge. Diane left him to rot in prison, while she got off easy after taking an immunity deal to implicate Jeremy for all their crimes. Now he is back to avenge himself, and Diane is about to have a hard time fending this one off.
Diane Backtracks On Her Promise, Prepares To Flee Geona City
Kyle forgave his mother for every sin, every backhanded deal she had committed so far. That’s how badly he wanted to stay connected to his mother on, The Young and The Restless. It took Kyle a while to warm up to Diane and let his guard down, but he did it, he accepted his mother back wholeheartedly. Moreover, Diane forged a wonderful connection with her grandson, Harison. Which in turn led to Jack cutting her slack and allowing bygones to be bygones. Grateful for it all, Diane promised never to repeat her past again. She gave Kyle and Jack her word that she will not run away again. She genuinely has no intentions of abandoning Kyle and Harrison again.
Unfortunately, it seems soon she is going to have no other choice. Jeremy is landing in Geona City to get revenge on Diane. And he already has a willing accomplice to assist him on The Young and The Restless. Of course, no points for guessing, it is Phyllis Summers. Once Diane realizes Jeremy is back, she will feel a certain panic and her first instinct will be to flee. Even though she does not want to break Kyle and Harrison’s heart, she knows their safety comes first. And, going by Jeremy’s criminal past, Diane may feel convinced that if she stays, she’ll put her boys in harm’s way. So, her bags she will pack! However, it is yet to be seen whether or not she actually leaves!
She may have a change of heart at the last minute and decide to stay and fight back with Kyle and Jack on her side. Or, Kyle or even Jack may catch her about to flee and talk her out of it. They may reassure her that she has their support and does not need to run. Honestly, The Young and The Restless is getting more interesting by the minute!
