The Young and the Restless recap for July 25, 2022, reveals the frightening events that went down at Victoria’s house. Her life was in danger because of Ashland, and he showed up at her doorstep with the pretext of talking. Like a fool, Victoria let him in, and he got aggressive. Thankfully, Nick arrived in time and ended up attacking Ashland. However, this showdown ended with Ashland hitting the ground and laying there bleeding.
The two of them were worried about what happened, only to see that Ashland was missing from the house. Victoria suggests that they call Chance Chancellor for help. At the moment, Chance was having dinner with Sharon Rosales. Phyllis and Nikki got together in another part of town, annoyed at Ashley for not prioritizing their mission to take down Diane. It looks like Phyllis has a plan to get Diane out of town. But what is that? Here is all about it.
Ashland Attacks Victoria
In this episode of The Young and the Restless, we saw Victoria trying to get rid of Ashland. He refuses to leave her as he wants to confront her for what she did to him. He tried to provoke her, even walked up to her aggressively. Ashland thought he should have let her die in that burning car. To make things worse, he even grabbed her. Luckily, Victoria grabbed a fire poker and fought back.
Later, Nick burst into the scene. Ashland was not happy to see him and asked him to leave. He insisted that he was here only to say goodbye to Victoria. But Nick was furious and would not have a word of his nonsense. He told Victoria to call the police quickly. She left the room, and as she did, Ashland and Nick got into an ugly fight.
The Young And The Restless Recap: Nick And Ashland Get Into A Fight
As the fight worsened, Ashland punched Nick very hard. Furious, Nick punched him back; Ashland fell and hit his head by the fireplace. He assumed that Ashland was faking the seriousness of the injury. Later, they tried to find his pulse. Panicking, Nick told Victoria they should call the police. But she suggested calling Chance Chancellor instead.
Of course, Nick was extremely upset about what happened. He left the room to go outside; Victoria assured him he did what he did to save her. Nick was astonished – how could he take a man’s life! Well, the terrible man was Ashland, after all. After they arrived back at the house, Ashland was missing, with the backdoor lay open.
Meanwhile, speaking of Chance Chancellor – he was at Crimson Lights, spending an evening with Sharon Rosales. They discussed everything that went down with Rey Rosales. Later, Chance pointed out how bad the weather was and how it could lead to accidents – a reminder of their tragic past. He received a call from Victoria as well; he assured her he would stop by her house.
Phyllis And Nikki Plan To Take Down Diane
In another part of town, The Young And The Restless recap says, Phyllis and Nikki had a few questions at The Grand Phoenix. They wondered what Ashley was so busy with when it was their mission to take down Diane. Ashley messaged and informed them that she felt Allie could handle herself.
Phyllis and Nikki discussed all the different ways in which they could figure out a plan to get rid of Diane. It looks like Phyllis is considering taking Summer Newman Abbott’s previous job offer at Marchetti. That is the very same place where Diane will be working. What better way to take down Diane than by bringing her down at work.
Speaking of Diane, she stopped by the Abbott mansion and asked for Kyle. Turns out Kyle and Summer were not home. She stayed anyway and had a chat with Jack. He thanked her for how she took care of the situation with Ashland and their grandson. Looks like the two of them are getting closer to each other. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS.
