There were spoilers and speculations that Ashland would fight this whole thing by trying to get Victoria’s sympathy. However, it won’t be so easy if Victoria sees right through his charade. Not only this, the spoilers suggest that Ashland’s backup plan would be kidnapping Michael and using him as a bargaining chip.
However, knowing all the contact that Victor has, it is likely that he will be able to save Michael from whatever Ashland has planned for him. All of this will lead to Ashland with no options but to leave Genoa City.
Y&R viewers would know Victor recently asked Ashland to leave everything behind and walk out. When Ashland is at a loss of everything, he will have no option left but to leave. So, could this mean that Robert Newman would leave the show? Newman just joined the cast of The Young And The Restless replacing Richard Burgi on the soap. But was this stint so short?
The Young And The Restless fans don’t seem to be liking Robert Newman as the big baddie on the soap anyway. Many of the fans have been vocal about how the actor has only played good roles and seeing him in this evil light isn’t something they are enjoying.
