On the other hand, Summer will grant Phyllis’ wish for a job at the new Marchetti. Later, Kyle and Summer will discuss ways through which they can keep their parents from bickering. Phyllis Gets The Job
Summer will grant her mother’s wish and give her a new role in overseeing Marchetti’s new home division. The spoilers for The Young And The Restless claim that Summer will pitch the idea of recruiting Phyllis to Kyle. She will force that they both can control their mothers. He will know that this will be a huge mess but will still agree to it. They both will decide to keep the two of them away in order to ensure the smooth running of the company.
In Monday’s episode, Summer will let Phyllis know that she has to obey her rules to sustain her position. Meanwhile, Phyllis will inform Nikki about her job. They will be determined to throw Diane out of Genoa City. Later on, Diane and Phyllis will have a talk when Phyllis hints that something good is going to happen. At that time, Diane will get a message from Kyle for a meeting. Diane will act up about how she hates to leave Phyllis all alone.
Further on The Young And The Restless, Kyle will inform Diane about Phyllis’ new job. Diane will choke on her drink after hearing that Phyllis is now her coworker. She will inform Kyle that Phyllis might definitely have some ulterior motive. However, Kyle knows that Phyllis is definitely there to mess things up for Diane. He will tell her that Phyllis will not succeed in her plans if Diane watches her step as well.
Adding to this, Diane will know that Kyle, under no circumstances, will allow the two to bicker. Later, Summer and Kyle will discuss how to take things forward. Kyle will inform her how Diane reacted to Phyllis being her coworker. At Crimson Lights, Diane will explode over Phyllis’ new move and share everything with Jack. Jack will ask her to watch her steps and not let her insecurities control her emotions. With that, Diane will also promise that she won’t let that happen.
The Young And The Restless: Chance Finds His First Clue
In the Newman family, Victor will be upset that Adam avoids being with the family. Nikki will tell him to think about himself. Meanwhile, Chance will pay a visit to Newman’s ranch.

Chance will tell them that a weak Ashland is impossible to cover that much distance. A distance which includes a dense path covered with woods and intense wind. However, Chance will suspect Victor and might think that he is the one to stage the whole accident to protect his children.
Later, Victoria will tell him that everything was speculation. While Nick will remind Chance that he told him everything that he knew, Chance will think otherwise.
