Phyllis and Summer’s relationship has really taken a hit on The Young and The Restless. While the meddling mommy often ends up ruffling her kids’ feathers, this time, Phyllis has probably gone too far. Daniel and Summer are both at loggerheads with her. But Summer is especially mad at her mother as Phyllis’ actions are starting to cast a dark shadow on Summer’s home. Summer And Harrison’s Relationship In Trouble
We already know that Harrison is not Summer’s biological son on The Young and The Restless. He is Kyle’s son with Tara Locke. However, Kyle has had custody of Harrison, and Tara has been counting days behind bars. Despite the fact that Summer has not given birth to Harrison, she has come to love him just as much as a bio mom would. However, Phyllis’ ominous warning makes us wonder if Summer’s relationship with Harrison is about to be put to the test next on The Young and The Restless? But what could go wrong between the loving mother and son?
Summer and Kyle were the picture-perfect couple on The Young and The Restless. They had been going stable and strong for quite some time and even renewed their wedding vows. However, it all went for a toss recently. All the issues brought in by Diane and Phyllis have taken their toll on their relationship. Summer also wasn’t pleased about Kyle cahooting with Victor behind her back. All of it combined has only left the couple fighting. So if, at this point, someone from Kyle’s past was to return and lend Kyle a loving shoulder, he might just take it! Tara Locke Returns, Wants Harrison Back On The Young and The Restless
Currently, Tara Locke is locked away in prison on The Young and The Restless. However, she won’t remain behind bars forever. At some point she will be released and when that happens, she might return to claim what’s biologically hers. Her son, Harrison. Tara is Harrison’s biological mother and has a legal claim over him, so she will definitely fight tooth and nail to get his custody is she wants it. Whether she gets it or not is a another debate. But the sheer fear of losing Harrison to her would give Summer sleepless nights.
Moreover, now that she and Kyle are not on best terms might even make things more shaky for her on The Young and The Restless. If Tara catches wind of their marital troubles, she could make some really devious moves. She might make a play for Kyle, and going by their history, he might just fall for it. And that would become Summer’s worst nightmare. Because if Kyle and Tara become a team, then she will lose all claims to Harrison.
