Noted teen star McKayla Adkins showcased her pregnancy and parenthood journey on TLC Unexpected. After having not one but two kids on the show, she called it quits. That’s not all. Last year, she delivered yet another baby and is a mom of three now. Despite all odds, the youngster makes all ends meet. Apart from her parental duties, she also finds time to work on herself. McKayla took to her social media to reveal she got her second nose job. She also explained the reason behind getting the same surgery all over again.
The TLC Unexpected star explained that her nose used to make her insecure. While McKayla was sure about changing it, she didn’t know what exactly she wanted to do. Despite this, she got her first nose job in 2020. Well, the results didn’t make her happy. Adkins regretted going under the knife, and it didn’t help with her insecurities. So, in order to undo the damage from her first nose job, Mckayla opted for another surgery. She has also been posting pictures of her bandaged and swollen face. Her latest update said that she needs to be in bandages for one more day.

They began slamming the star for wasting her funds on unnecessary cosmetic procedures. It turns out one of them wondered what she would do in case the second surgery ends up ruining her nose more than before.
At the same time, others believed that as McKayla has to take care of three kids on her own, she shouldn’t be mindlessly spending on expensive procedures.
