A Welcome To Plathville new teaser just dropped in which Ethan gave Teegan a tour of his small bedroom, which he fixed to live in after relocating to Minnesota. They both casually came into the house, and he hesitantly showed her his room and the bed he sleeps in. The bedroom lacked a notable traditional bed frame and mattress. 

Ethan has set up bare bones for sleeping, which he likes. He loves minimalism, which drew a subtle dig from Teegan. She targeted him for the sleeping arrangement. He almost sleeps on the floor. Near that arrangement, he has his stuff scattered. A complete mess indeed! However, it’s good to be empathetic towards him, since it’s been two weeks since he moved to an unfamiliar place.
