
For the first time, Kim made a move to get to know Zac on Welcome To Plathville Season 8. He stood up for himself after the entire Plath family resisted his judgment of Moriah. He shared his concerns about her lifestyle in Montana. The family took Moriah’s side and not Zac’s. But Lydia backed her husband if nobody else did.
Zac was shocked to find Moriah introducing them to raunchy card games. She even drank alcohol and watched profane TV shows. He informed Barry and Kim that their daughter didn’t honor their strict Christian upbringing. She is walking in the opposite direction from what Barry and Kim had taught her. Ethan and Isaac strongly disagreed with Zac. Did Kim try her best to get to know Zac? Why did she even make the attempt?
Welcome To Plathville Season 8 showed Lydia always on her husband’s side after their wedding last year. So this time as well, she supported him wholeheartedly. She emotionally confessed to her Welcome To Plathville family that he has been misunderstood several times. She added that his heart is pure and perfect every time he speaks.
Lydis is hurt that her family members didn’t really realize who Zac is. This pain is also deep-seated in Zac because he tried to match their energy, getting involved in family matters. As a newcomer and amateur to family life, the Plaths looked him down. Facing the camera, the couple let out their feelings. He stated, “He’s trying to be a brother,” as he broke down in tears. He wanted the best for Lydia’s younger sister.
Kim made a conscious effort to get to know Zac, as she had previously thought he wasn’t right for Lydia. The new season of Welcome To Plathville kicked off with stress because Lydia and Zac wanted an apology from her family. Now that Zac has judged Moriah and spoken up, things are a bit more tense. But Kim took a big step by talking openly with her son-in-law.
Kim admitted she is aware Zac really likes to have deep conversations. They rested on the couch to have an awkward small conversation about her dead son Joshua and others. Zac, in the TLC confessional, claimed not to have yet recognized Kim fully. By far, he hasn’t grasped how she makes certain decisions or stays for her children.
Meanwhile, Lydia said she has given up on fixing relationships. She wanted Kim and Zac to work on their relationship on their own so it could grow. She is tired of everything now. While Kim realized Zac is entirely religious in the truest sense, she has changed a lot over time. She vowed to do all that’s needed for him to feel accepted and loved.
Kim reassured her that she really wanted to fix their highly strained relationship. She additionally let Zac know she would always be with her kids, no matter what.
