Welcome To Plathville: Why Didn’t Olivia Look Happy While Sharing That Ethan Wanted Kids?
Welcome To Plathville star Olivia Plath was always surrounded by relationship issues. During Tuesday’s episode, she had a conversation with her friend Maija, wherein she reflected upon her marriage vows and how she was struggling to stay true to her promises.
Maija, who was also brought up with Christian beliefs, asked the Plath daughter-in-law what were her promises to Ethan. Reflecting back at her vows, Olivia said, “to love, obey and follow.” This was followed by a flashback of their October 2018 wedding.
Olivia soon admitted that she did not believe in some of her promises anymore. She went on to share that she now believed in equality. The Welcome To Plathville cast member then admitted that she considered vows to be the most important element of a wedding. Later, she realized that the couple’s happiness and health were of more value.
Later, during the conversation, Olivia told her friend that she and Ethan had been talking a lot about kids. She admitted that she did not take having kids lightly. Maija then asked if her husband felt the same way.
Olivia quickly stated that he did not want kids with her. She went on to confirm that he wanted kids but not with her. She continued that he didn’t want kids who thought and acted like her both politically and socially.
Welcome To Plathville: Ethan & Olivia Are Not Together Anymore!
Ethan and Olivia walked their separate ways last month after their five-year-long marriage. The former Welcome To Plathville couple posted on their social media accounts to announce their separation. They shared their separate perspectives, stating that they had called it quits.
Ethan went on to share that it did not work out between them despite innumerable efforts. He wrote a lot more by wishing all the best things for her at the end of the post. Likewise, Olivia shared a post making the big reveal.
She stated that they shared a plethora of memories as a couple. Olivia went on to share that they united as children and are parting their ways as adults. Besides sharing several other things, she thanked her former husband, Ethan, for all the good times.
