The Season 8 premiere of Welcome to Plathville started with a tense situation. Lydia confronted her family for the way they treated Zac. The Welcome to Plathville stars didn’t receive support from her family, which they apologized to Zac for. Now that the confrontation and tension have lifted, Micah suggests a healthy round of family roast. Everyone agrees to it. Micah suggests that everyone go around telling others what they need to work on.
First up was Moriah, who was told she needs to do a better job cleaning her room, as she never does. This leaves Moriah surprised, but the family laughs at how real the roast is. Next, Zac tells Lydia she needs to start getting up in the morning. Clearly, he is pointing out that she is not a morning person. This makes Lydia laugh out loud.
Further, Lydia talks to her mother, Kim, about her plans. Lydia points out that Kim is a great planner. However, she needs to do a better job at narrowing things down and sticking to making them work. Kim nods along and says that’s a fair assessment. Additionally, Lydia points out that Micah needs to make more effort to communicate with her sister more often. Micah now lives in Florida with his new girlfriend, so he often forgets to connect more often.
Next up, Barry tells Zac he needs to say less of “Let’s go.” Micah and Ethan exchange roasts, with Micah telling his brother he is a hard worker. However, Ethan needs to grow up a little bit sometimes. For more Welcome to Plathville updates, follow TV Season & Spoilers.
