One of the most popular personalities of the entire 90 Day Fiance franchise totally changed her look recently. In fact, the Angie we used to love is almost unrecognizable in her recent photos. Angela Deem, who appeared on the show alongside her now-husband Michael Ilesanmi, had a complex weight loss surgery. This reduces a lot of fat from not only her body but also her breasts. While Angela feels more healthy with her new body and breasts, her husband is totally against the transformation. Here’s how things went down.
90 Day Fiance: Angela Reduces 2 Pounds Off Her Breasts
Michael has never been ashamed to accept on screens that he likes the size of his wife’s breasts. He gave many reasons for not wanting Angela to get any weight loss surgery, including the serious risks related to it. However, based on his reaction, it all comes down to her breasts. Well, as of today, Angie is quite happy in her new body. She revealed she felt more healthy alongside having much more self-confidence than before. On top of that, it’s also easy to breathe for her in the current size of her breasts.
Despite all the positive results of the surgery and reduction, Michael is quite unhappy. In the latest episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, we got to see how Angela’s surgery went down. She had two surgeries in a day, including gastric sleeve surgery along with breast reduction surgery. The surgeries went well, even though Angela smoked against her doctors’ warnings. But, the TV star was in a lot of pain the next day, so much so that she couldn’t wake up from her sleep. However, when she finally did, he was shocked to see her new breasts. Her ‘favorite’ Dr. Obeng, who performed the procedures on her, took removed one pound from each of her breasts.
90 Day Fiance: Angela Regrets Breast Reduction & Thinks Michael Will Leave Her For It
Michael had always been against of Angela’s weight loss surgery, especially that on her breasts. Yet, she went ahead and did what she wanted to. However, when she saw that her breasts were smaller than she expected, Angie was too scared to let her man know. As a result, it was Dr. Obeng who had to call Michael to show him his wife’s new body. While it was clear that he won’t be happy, the TV star’s reaction was downright disrespectful and disturbing. Fans were all furious at him for only caring about the size of her breasts while his wife had just come out of surgery and was in pain.
At this point, Angela looked pretty upset over how her husband reacted. Hence, she initially seemed to be regretting her decision. We also saw Dr. Obeng talking about how Michael should be in love with his wife’s mind and personality and not just her physical attributes. However, we later heard Angela talking about how comfortable she is with her new size and feels like she did “the right thing”. Now, Angela thinks that her husband might leave her for reducing her breasts. Hence, while flirting with her new crush, Angie asks Dr. Obeng if he’d marry her if Michael divorces her.
Even though Dr. Obeng refuses her offer, he assures that Michael won’t divorce her. In case he does, he’ll find someone else for his patient. Back in the day, in an interview, Angela revealed how her husband left her all alone after her surgery and didn’t provide the support he should have.
