Even though Mursel had a magical change of heart, the entire storyline is contradicting the legalities of a visa. The embassy can issue Mursel a new K1 visa. According to the rules shared by fraudedbytlc, if a foreign fiance returns to their home country, the embassy can issue a new visa in case they wish to return to the US. The rules also state some information about the validity of the new visa. It can only be valid until the last day of the 90 day period that the person originally had.
The Clock Doesn’t Reset For Mursel and Anna
Anna and Mursel shouldn’t mistake Mursel’s change of heart as an opportunity just to start over again. After all, the rules don’t state anywhere that the clock will reset. They still have to tie the knot within the original 90 Day Fiance period. Most people are under the impression that the K1 visa is a single entry. Of course, it is. His original visa is likely to have gotten canceled when he applied for a new one.

Anna and Murse are happily married. Mursel is in the US, and he seems happy with Anna’s family. According to the audience, it isn’t legally possible to come to the States again on a K1 visa if the person left the country.

He called off the wedding, and it was a painful goodbye between Anna and Mursel. She was distraught with Mursel for abandoning her. However, sometime after he left, Mursel called Anna and told her that he would return to the US in two days. Even though she was heartbroken, Anna revealed that she still loved him.
