90 Day Fiance: How Did The Incident Go Down?
On January 9, Tyler was driving with a passenger sitting on the backseat. The cops recognized the passenger as someone who is already facing charges for a felony. While Tyler spoke to the police, another officer saw a plastic bag with a powdered substance in it in plain sight.
After searching, they found some residue and two pipes. The paraphernalia for ingesting cocaine was all over the pipes. At the site, Tyler admitted to using cocaine and that the pipes were his. But he wasn’t sure that the residue was cocaine. After testing at the headquarters, the substance yielded a positive result for Fentanyl.
Both Tyler and the passenger stated that they don’t know about the bag. However, the authorities stated that since the bag was at an arm’s length from both, they can charge them with the possession of that substance. Tyler is also facing charges for cocaine pipes.
90 Day Fiance: Tyler’s Bonds For Arrest And Misdemeanor
According to Starcasm, Tyler has a bond of $2000 for his charges, $500 for a misdemeanor, and $1500 for his felony. The cops didn’t mention whether there were any other passengers. Another thing that is still hanging in the loose is why Tyler was giving this guy a ride.
The most recent arrest for Tyler involved a female passenger Tyler once helped move. He had an altercation with her and again got arrested for the possession of crack. He also faced battery charges, but later, they were dropped. However, he was supposed to appear in court for the crack charges.
