’90 Day Fiance’: Before The 90 Days; Benjamin’s Ex Takes A Dig At Akinyi Being A Step Mom

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days; Benjamin has been pushing Akinyi towards being a stepmom to his son. However, this is something she is definitely not ready for jumping into. In fact, she wrote an entire post where she stated how she could be his friend first. Most 90 Day Fiance fans seem to have sided with her on this one.

From what viewers have seen in the recent episodes, some of them are concluding that Ben is a bit too controlling. In the middle of all the chaos, an unexpected person has decided to weigh in her opinion. Guess who she is? It’s Ben’s son’s mother! And she is siding with Akinyi! Let’s take a look.

Ben’s Ex Weighs Into The Whole ‘Akinyi Not Ready To Be a Step Mom’ Thing

Akinyi has been reluctant to be a step-parent immediately. However, she is open to being a friend to Ben’s son. This is something even the little guy’s biological mom seems to agree with. Let’s take a look at what she has to say. Because an ex siding with the present girlfriend is indeed a rare occasion indeed!

90 Day Fiance

She goes on to say that no one can just become a step-parent to a child. If your spouse has a son or a daughter from a previous relationship, technically, a person becomes a step-parent by marriage. However, developing the parental bond with a child is not as a task of one day. From day one, it’s not possible to have a deep level of relationship with a child.

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days; Ben’s Ex Tells Her Own Story

She went on to say that her partner met her son and befriended him at first. He first got to know him and gradually understood what he meant to him. After some time, her son came to her and told her that her partner was his stepdad. And she also confirmed it via the family tree he drew at school.

She expresses her concern when someone pushes a person into filling the role of a parent when they are not ready to do so. Akinyi is clearly unprepared, and for Ben to make this work, he has to let her choose her own pace. She advises Ben to let her adjust with her life in the new country before forcing Akinyi to be a stepmom.

90 Day Fiance fans agree to what she is saying and call her a level headed woman. As for Ben, the primary suggestion is to let Akinyi be his son’s friend and ease into the role of a step-parent. Akinyi acts like a child herself, and she has a long way to go before she could be a parent or stepparent! Some of the things she says to Ben sounds just like what and how a 12 year old.

Don’t hate Akinyi for being young and shy. She has led a very sheltered life under the thumb of her cultural norms. If she is too young to be a step-parent, that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with her. There are 40-year-old women who are HORRIBLE mothers, and 18-year-old girls who dote on their child.

Two facts…
1. Akinyi is not mature enough to be anyone’s stepparent.
2. With is ex cussing like that did Benjamin forget the goal was to find himself a christian woman? Hopefully shes not his son’s mother.

Yeah, ’cause Christians never cuss. HA HA HA HA HA HA! Also, if Akinyi is not mature enough, then Ben needs to leave her alone. Akinyi is young, and her behavior is entirely age-appropriate. She is just fine; way better off without creepy Ben.

P.S. I love how you claim your OPINIONS to be fact. Hahahahahahaha!!!
