90 Day Fiance viewers recently learned that Jasmine wouldn’t be able to bring her kids to America for 2 years. This was a result of Gino not putting the star kids’ names on her visa application. Hence, Pineda’s vision of Happily Ever After with her children in America, too, within six months was shattered then and there!
Amid all this, Gino discussed the entire dynamics with one of his cousins. The latter was in disbelief and explained how Jasmine would be feeling right now as she wouldn’t be able to see her sons for the next two years. However, Gino was in no mood to take accountability. He replied, “It is her children. She is responsible for making sure all this is right as well.”
Gino stated how he didn’t feel that putting all the pressure and blame on him was right at all. He recalled how Jasmine accused him of not being a good fit to become a “father” because of this mere mistake. However, the 90 Day Fiance celeb’s cousin didn’t have a biased approach and took Jasmine’s side.
He wondered how the latter would feel not being able to hug, love, and cuddle her sons. He explained that the Panama native was going to miss out on a phase of her kids’ lives.

Gino revealed to his cousin that the attorney was asking for $5,000 to fix the entire matter. But he claims that he didn’t have the noted amount as he already spent a lot on his wedding. The 90 Day Fiance celeb made it clear that he wasn’t going to pay for the attorney and was going to do the entire process on his own.
However, Gino’s cousin wasn’t convinced by his explanation in an exclusive clip. He noted that there are certain things in life on which a man shouldn’t hesitate to spend money. The celeb stated that bringing Jasmine’s kids to America was surely one of them. This came after Pineda had already lost her calm and even asked for a divorce from Gino.
Jasmine has already accused Gino of being an “evil” person because he refused to pay for the lawyer. She wasn’t even sure if her marriage would be able to survive for a long time after this entire drama. The celeb begged to go back to Panama and made it clear that divorce was on the table.
