90 Day Fiance: Thais & Patrick’s Divorce Case’s NEW Update

90 Day Fiance stars Thais and Patrick’s divorce case took a significant turn on June 15. The former got 21 days to respond after her husband filed for divorce. However, Thais didn’t respond to the filing, and Patrick is now taking a step against it. He requested that the court enter a “default judgment.” Patrick asked the court to move forward even if Thais was not willing to participate.

Patrick further submitted some documents to the court. The first one was “An affidavit from a Nevada resident confirming residency requirements were met.” Another was an affidavit supporting an “uncontested divorce.” The third one was basically a request to the judge. He requested the judge to approve his divorce by summary disposition. This means that if the judge agrees, Thais and Patrick’s divorce will be approved without a hearing.

In simple terms, Patrick noted that he filed for divorce; it was served on Thais, but she didn’t respond. Hence, now he wants to finalize the divorce irrespective of Thais being involved or not. Fans are now wondering why Thais wasn’t showing up in the court. Apparently, Patrick has already asked for sole custody of their daughter, while there would be no spousal support.

So, if Thais wants the custody of her daughter, she needs to step into the court and respond to the filing. What do you think? Will she step into the court? Do let us know in the comments section. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for more updates about Thais and Patrick’s ongoing legal issues.
