Paola and Russ met while he was visiting Columbia for an assignment. The couple settled down in Tulsa, Oklahoma after getting a K1 visa and tying the knot. Paola’s dream career is to become a successful model. This is the reason why the couple had to relocate Miami in search of new opportunities. Paola’s first pregnancy resulted in an unfortunate miscarriage. In an interview, when asked about having more kids, Russ wanted to have one more. But Paola quickly shut it down by jokingly saying that he would have to manage it himself.

Juan is Paola’s best friend. Russ doesn’t want him to meet Juan and this has been one of the major causes of disagreements among the couple.
