On 23rd April 2019, 90 Day Fiance star Chantel and Pedro started a company named “Pedro & Chantel LLC.” Just two weeks after TLC announced that they are getting their own spinoff series, the two of them made the announcement of their new business venture together. Even amid all the drama, Chantel and Pedro have no problem in becoming professional partners.

Even though we thought that the couple is going splitsville, they might still be going strong as far as their professional life is concerned. The reason behind allocating the couple their own show is that the fans can’t get enough of them. Apart from the couple’s drama, it is fun to watch their ‘larger than life’ families. Pedro started on the wrong foot with people he calls ‘The Family Chantel.’
90 Day Fiance: How Chantel And Pedro Met
Pedro and Chantel met via a mutual friend. Chantel wanted to learn Spanish, whereas Pedro wished to learn English. They started chatting with each other, and things escalated from there. They were in a long distance relationship for a while unless Chantel decided to visit Pedro in the Dominican Republic. He proposed, she said yes, and the two of them ties the knot on 90 Day Fiance. They had to file a K1 visa to enable Pedro to visit the US.
Chantel initially lied to her family that Pedro was on a student visa to the US. When the couple was about to tie the knot, they broke the news to her family. She told them that Pedro was on a K1 visa just before their marriage. Even though her parents were upset, they attended the wedding.
90 Day Fiance: Chantel’s Family Never Trusted Pedro
Chantel’s mom always believed that Pedro was using her for the green card. Her parents think that Pedro’s mom told him to marry an American girl to harvest all the dollars and bring it back to his native country. He announced that they wanted to start a new business in the DR, which made the suspicions even stronger.
Pedro’s family also doesn’t approve of Chantel. Lidia told Chantel that if lack of trust is the issue between them, they should get a divorce. Nicole agreed and said something in Spanish. However, Chantel took it the wrong way and thought she was calling her a bitch. The language barrier certainly didn’t help.
Also, when Thomas and Karen invited Pedro, Chantel, and Nicole to their home, things took an ugly turn. Pedro and Chantel’s brother got into a physical altercation. Moreover, recently paid a visit to the Dominican Republic. However, it ended up with Chantel being in tears.
