Carley Waddel, ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ star, has recently shared a picture in which we can see her post-baby body. The reality TV star revealed that just like us, she has also faced what it is like to feel body image issues just after giving birth. But the star has learned to appreciate the different things life has to offer. Not only that, Carly is encouraging others to do the same.
‘Bachelor in Paradise’: Carly Shows Off Her Cabbage Leaf Bra
Carly has been having some trouble with breastfeeding. Despite the pressure, she has decided to go with formula. In the recent picture, she was wearing a cabbage leaf bra. It’s a solution to offer ease to inflamed breasts during lactation. Her husband says that XL cabbage leaves aren’t cheap.
As for her latest postpartum body update, she posted a picture of her wearing lingerie and holding baby Charlie in her arms. She revealed that she was concerned about the way her body looked like. In the first season, she wore cover-ups because she was worried about her curves.
At present, she looks at her body with a lot of love and appreciation. Her two kids made her proud of her mom’s life. She is embracing the changes and doesn’t feel conscious about the rolls in her stomach or the stretch marks on her breasts. Carly used to be insecure about how her curves looked and the cellulite in her body.
‘Bachelor in Paradise’: Carly Being Vulnerable On Social Media
Carly’s honesty about her body is highly commendable. The pictures she posted on social media make her vulnerable. Yet, the mom of two has no fear coming out with self-appreciation in the open. She is one of the favorite ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ alums. Carly is a normal woman who is a wife and a mother.
She also talks about how a person’s heart can just expand. Before Charlie came into this world, she used to worry about not being able to love him more than Bella as she loved her very much. But it has been three weeks since Charlie’s birth. The mom of two has loved him more and more every day. She calls this a beautiful blessing.
She also opens up about struggles women face during breastfeeding, and it’s okay if you don’t succeed in it. When Bella was born, she took a long time to come to terms with breastfeeding. But when she thought it was going to be more comfortable with the second baby, she was wrong. So, she switched to formula.
She is embracing her motherhood and asking other women to do the same. Let us know what you think about her attitude in the comments below.
