In the recent episode of Darcey & Stacey, Darcey announced that she and Georgi are planning on moving in together. The logic was for the couple to self-quarantine as the pandemic hit globally. But the real question here is, are they still together after the lockdown? Let’s take a look.
Darcey & Stacey: Mike Silva Doesn’t Allow Sleepovers
Believe it or not, Darcey & Stacey’s father Mike Silva doesn’t allow his daughter’s boyfriends for a sleepover. So, the sisters thought that it would be a good idea to rent apartments and stay in quarantine with their boyfriends. Georgi stated that he would stay in isolation for about two weeks after coming to Connecticut so as to not put anyone in danger.
The mid-season teaser confirmes that Darcey and Georgi live together as he moves in with Darcey, Stacey, and Florian. However, it doesn’t look like Stacey approves her sister’s decision to cohabitate with a guy she has gone out on just a couple of dates with. She stated that she wouldn’t lock herself up with her significant other at such an early stage in the relationship.
Darcey & Stacey: Darcey Tells The Producers, Georgi Has a Secret
Any couple’s reality TV stint is incomplete without a blast from the past! As Darcey stated that she is too old to worry about other women, Georgi strikes back with his frustration over talking about the past. Darcey then says in the confessional that her time in quarantine with Georgi has brought a past secret of him out in front of her.
For a few months, Georgi hasn’t shared any pictures of the couple together. This might indicate that they separated after the quarantine. Darcey recently posted a selfie in which she talks about knowing her self worth. The reality TV star is not taking disrespect and abuse from anyone. Like always, Darcey stated that she has a big heart and her eyes are always on the prize.
Darcey & Stacey: What’s Darcey and Georgi’s Story?
Georgi has been in the US for about eight years. When he first came, he had no money. But he started working as a lifeguard and slowly built a decent life. He was also modelling part time along with being a massage therapist.
He made it clear that attractiveness and connection are the two main criteria for him to have a partner. This made him contact Darcey online and they started to hit it off. In the initial episodes of Darcey & Stacey, we could see how much Darcey was smitten with her new love. Their chemistry was amazing.
However, this was the honeymoon phase. Darcey felt the same rush when she was dating Tom and we all know how that turned out! If the relationship survived the quarantine and they’re happy together, we can consider this one of the rare successful relationships of Darcey.
