Josh’s prosecutor recently exposed his intentions and revealed what he had been up to lately. Moreover, his request for a trial has also been affected because of his deeds. Is this true? Duggar News followers are witnessing the way Josh Duggar is trying his best to overturn his sentence and get a release. He has applied for a trial even after facing rejection several times. Apparently, the disgraced celeb claims that his “constitutional rights” have been “violated.”  Josh further stated in his latest appeal that he was “deprived of a fair trial.” 

Josh applied for relief in the court. He claimed that he was broke and didn’t have any source of income. The disgraced celeb even tried to prove that even his family and friends weren’t sending him money regularly. Hence, Josh wasn’t able to afford the court fees and was entitled to relief. As per the documents, Josh is set to be released on December 23, 2032.

Duggar News followers were in disbelief when they learned about Josh Duggar’s latest antic. Apparently, he made a lot of claims about how he wasn’t getting his constitutional rights and much more. But his prosecutor is now hitting him back with some shocking facts and by exposing the way he has been breaking rules.

Josh’s prosecutor pointed out that his court papers didn’t have any “visible postmark” on them. Moreover, they didn’t even have any evidence that could prove that the “envelope ever passed through the U.S. Postal System.” They even claimed that the disgraced star’s prepaid postage also didn’t have any kind of indication.

But the list of flaws didn’t really end here. Apparently, the date indicated on the filing wasn’t the actual filing date, which added to the narrative that Josh was actually breaking laws. The Sun obtained the documents, which read, “Duggar has failed to satisfy his burden regarding the prison mailbox rule.” Hence, because of all these reasons, the motion was declared to be “untimely.”

While Josh might not actually be planning to jump out of prison, he is clearly doing everything in his power to get out of it. He wants to get a trial, but things are evidently not turning in his favor.
