The Fate Of The Farm Strikes a Spat Between The Estranged Couple

Amy decided a while back that she needed to leave the Roloff farm to completely move on from her previous life. As she wrote in her memoir, we can see that she is deeply disturbed by the past with Matt and the way things ended between them. On the third episode, Matt and Amy had an explosive confrontation. Apparently, Amy wanted him to give her a heads up about people stopping by and taking images of her house.
She was unhappy that Matt didn’t even inform her about what she might expect when she came to the property. She believes that if she still owns the property over there, Matt should inform her about the activities. But Amy’s point didn’t go well with Matt which lead to an explosive yelling match between the estranged couple. He didn’t think it was fair for him to provide her with information about every person that visited the farm.

In the end, she tells Matt that she gets what he is trying to say. But she also understands Amy’s side. According to Caryn, they should be finding a happy medium which suits both of them. What do you think of Matt and Amy’s situation even after so many years of separation?
