Love After Lockup and Life After Lockup star Clint Brady is behind bars yet again. He is now in the new home state of Ohio. As per jail records, Clint was arrested and taken to Clermont County Jail this Monday. He was arrested for driving with a suspended license and under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He is still in custody with a $50,000 bond. His court dates are scheduled for February 8.
Love After Lockup: When and Why Was Clint Arrested?
Clint’s was booked on Monday, and this came after a warrant that was issued to arrest him for a traffic stop eleven days prior. Clint was pulled over at about 1:26 AM on the night of January 21 in the Union Township, where he was found driving with a suspended license. Clint’s license was suspended last year when he did not submit the drug test after the DUI charge in February, as reported by Soapdirt.
Clint is still on probation from DUI. His driving with this suspended license has now reactivated that charge. He was scheduled for impeachment this Monday, and the same day a warrant was issued to arrest him on the DUI charge.
Clint Had Plead Not Guilty
Court records have indicated that Clint has pleaded not guilty to driving with the suspended license. However, later on, he was found guilty. He is now sentenced to 45 days in jail with no days suspended. His license is now suspended with “no privileges.” He has given up about $340 in fees and fines.
Clint has a court date scheduled in the upcoming week. That is because of his DUI charge that is now reactivated because of the probation violence. We can assume that he will face additional jail time or fines if he gets convicted. Clint has been quite open about how much he loves marijuana, and he also has a medical use card for his home state of Colorado. Unfortunately, the card did not do him any good in his new home state. Court records indicate that Clint had filed for a medical marijuana card in Ohio back on November 13, 2020, but that was not approved.

Back in May 2020, Starcasm reported that Clint’s license was suspended, and Clint lashed out at them for being incorrect. Replying to their report, he said that he has his Ohio license, genius, and it isn’t suspended. Clint replied to their Instagram post and said that he could send them a picture for the purpose of Proof.
Soon after that, Clint fulfilled his promise and posted a photo of his driver’s license in the state of Ohio. However, eventually, Clint realized that a physical license would not have any indication that it was suspended because it would have been suspended after the card was printed. After that, Clint took some steps to lift the suspension. And apparently, he was unsuccessful.
