The 48-year-old sportscaster won the heart of the 52-year old beautiful reality TV star with a massive diamond ring. She accepted the proposal and the couple is happier than ever!
Opening Of The Bailey Wine Cellar Got Interesting
Cynthia was in the middle of rejoicing in the Bailey Wine Cellar’s grand opening. The store is located in the Grant Park area of Atlanta, Beacon. The couple has been together for more than a year. 14 months, to be precise. Mike saw this happy occasion as an opportunity to confess his love for his significant other. He presented his love with a princess cut ring of 5 carats!
Their children were present to see the happiness unfold. Kayla and Ashley, Mike’s daughters and Noelle, were also reveling in their parents’ joy. However, it would be wrong for us to give 100% credit to Mike. He did take the assistance of a celebrity event planner Courtney Ajinça, a pro in her field. IN the middle of his toast, Kayla interrupted his dad by saying that he should propose by holding a bottle of sparkling wine that had a question mark on it.
He asked Noelle for some help in opening the wine bottle. It was then Cynthia’s daughter handed the ring box. When he opened the bottle, he knelt down and popped the question to Cynthia. The children displayed a handmade sign that said, “Can we be a family?” The sign included a heart set of two puzzle pieces. One of the pieces featured Noelle and Cynthia. The other one featured Mike and his daughters.

Cynthia was a bit shocked at all the commotion sprung on her all of a sudden. However, she began to get the gist of the situation and quickly said yes. She was married to Peter Thomas, a club owner for six years. The marriage lasted from 2010 to 2016. Both Mike and Cynthia are getting married for the second time.
Even though the entire incident was a shocking one considering the place and the time, the engagement was coming and fans knew it! They have been courting for over 12 months.
