Unexpected celeb Max Schenzel is going to be in serious legal trouble very soon. He didn’t attract any issues in the past few months. However, the 21-year-old would be soon issued a warrant after he skipped a scheduled court date earlier this week. He had a Tempe Municipal Court date on this Tuesday for his assault cases. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up. According to the court’s documents, a failure to appear warrant was issued on the same day. Each case lists the bond terms as $500 secured.

Max is pretty active on his social media for the past few months. He continues to update his fans with pictures and videos. A point worth noting is that he has been working at a telemarketing firm for a while. In a few pictures, it seemed as though he was wearing an ankle monitor. We don’t understand how he could show off the monitor while having an outstanding warrant.
Max’s Tryst With Continuous Legal Trouble

Max was booked on December 30 after he and Chloe got into an argument at 7 AM. During the fight, he threw a cellphone hitting Chloe right in the face. Reportedly, it resulted in ‘a swollen nose and brow with distinct 1″ raised lump at the top of her nose.’ Chloe was spotted, crying and had red, watery eyes. She confessed to the police officers that the couple shares a daughter, Ava. The little girl was present during the fight but didn’t get hurt. Max was again arrested in the assault charges on February 20 though details are not available.

After Max’s arrest in February, Chloe shared a YouTube video updating fans on her relationship status with him. In that, she cleared that she and Max are no more together. However, she desires to end up with him in the end. Maybe after a year or two but yes, with him. In March, Chloe took out an order of protection against Max that probably keeps him away from visiting Ava.
And this is not all. Max also has a sentencing hearing scheduled for Friday. It was a result of him allegedly resisting a police officer while attempting to steal at least one vehicle. In addition to this, the father of one also has a disposition hearing scheduled that day. This stemmed from his infamous theft case from 2018 when he stole a credit card, cash, and casino vouchers from his friend’s sleeping 77-year-old grandmother.
