Thomas on The Bold and The Beautiful has successfully driven a wedge between Ridge and Brooke, thanks to all his scheming. However, Brooke is not just heartbroken over Ridge leaving her but also the fact that he didn’t even give her a chance to explain herself.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, The Bold and The Beautiful actress Katherine Kelly Lang said, “She doesn’t know what’s wrong, but she’s confident that she and Ridge are in love and each other’s destiny.” And that’s why Brooke chased after Ridge to Aspen to save their marriage. “Given their history, and the fact that Steffy and Thomas have been manipulating Ridge to be with Taylor, yes, she’s somewhat worried,” Katherine admitted. “But she has faith that Ridge, and her love, are stronger than any outside threat.”
Ridge is holding against her the call made to CPS, which Thomas made but convinced Ridge that it was Brooke. However, Brooke is not only innocent of the act but is also in the dark that Ridge is waiting for her to own it up. “She really doesn’t understand and is so confused,” The Bold and The Beautiful actress shared. “This has blindsided her and she doesn’t know where it is coming from. She is heartbroken.”
The Bold And The Beautiful: Will Ridge And Brooke Get Back Together?
“They always do seem to find their way back to each other,” Katherine pointed out. So Brooke still has a chance once the truth comes out. Which always does, in the most dramatic way possible in soaps! “Brooke does not believe that there is anything that can break up her and Ridge. Their love has survived so much.” Katherine added.
However, things are going to get really complicated on the daily soap! Ridge has now rekindled his romance with Taylor, accepting that she is his true destiny. On the other hand, Bill already has his eyes set on a now heartbroken Brooke. Chances are, Deacon too might not stay far behind in trying to win another chance with his former flame.
