This week, starting October 17-21, 2022, Salem PCPD will receive a serum from some anonymous person. So, Brady will know that Kristen is behind delivering that serum. Now that Brady has agreed to listen to Kristen’s demands, she will also send in the cure for all the victims. Rex will run some tests on it before administering it to all three of them. Looks like Marlena will recover faster, but Kayla will start sinking even further. Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Kayla will die and go to heaven. However, her visit to heaven will be for a brief period. Since it’s not time for Kayla to leave, she will be back in the world of the living.
