When Ryan was back to terrorize and kill off people who are close to his twin brother Kevin, it created havoc in Port Charles. Earlier, Laura as well as Lucy, both were on his list. Fortunately, the viewers were relieved when he decided to let them live. However, he succeeded in creating a lot of differences between Kevin and Laura. Since the day Kevin chose to keep Ryan a secret, Laura has had her fair share of struggles in trusting her husband. On Thursday, Laura and Kevin are supposed to have a detailed discussion about the impending divorce.
However, the conversation is likely to be interrupted by something. The teaser shows that Laura is going to be surprised by an occurrence. Chances are, Kevin or his brother are responsible for the same. Kevin might also reveal something that can shock Laura.

Ryan once tried to kill Lulu. Luckily, she was left alive. The latest GH spoilers reveal that Lulu is again going to be in danger. A recent preview shows Lulu grabbing a weapon and trying to defend himself. Chances are, Ryan came back to finish what he began in the first place.
Ava Getting Nightmares on General Hospital
Ava is suffering from nightmares that Ryan is after her. Felicia put all of this in her mind and made Ava realize what Ryan is capable of. Another development in Ava’s life is that she is receiving some mysterious phone calls. She thinks they are from Ryan. Felicia has got her all freaked out about watching her back. Jordan is going to show up and tell Ava that Ryan is back. Whether he is found dead or alive is still a mystery.
Her latest nightmare includes a mysterious arm around her for which she thinks that Ryan is strangling her. When Ryan died, he tried to take Ava with her. Fortunately, she was saved. According to the authorities, Ryan dying from the massive fall was a fair assumption. But Ava is worried that Ryan is going to come back for her again and finish the dirty work. When she told everyone about the calls from Ryan, no one seemed to have faith in her. It might seem like a big mistake now with the possibility of Ryan snooping around.
