General Hospital spoilers for Friday (March 26) reveal that Laura Collins will speak to Martin Grey and note that he did not tell her about his birthday last week. Laura will come about it through social media, and then she will realize that the two of them know very little about each other.
Martin will then confide in Laura about how he had to be a good son when he was growing up. He even told her about how he has been married three times and has to pay alimony payments. Laura will also share a bit about her own history with Martin. So, they will acknowledge that both of them have faced some real challenges in life. However, Martin and Laura will agree that how everything is easier when there are people around who could make bearing those challenges a bit easier.
General Hospital: Dante Is Thankful
On the other end of the town, Sam McCall will assure Olivia Falconeri about how Kevin Collins is helping Dante Falconeri with his mental issues. More Dante-related spoilers suggest that he will speak to Anna in private, and the two of them will talk about the progress Dante has made. Dante will give all the credit to Sam for helping him lift the fog of “complete the mission” from his mind.
More spoilers suggest that Dante and Anna will join Sam and Olivia out in the corridor where Anna will explain Kevin’s suspicions that Dr. Warren Kirk went rogue and programmed Dante with certain triggers to make him go after Peter. Kevin will think that he was successful in removing those triggers. Dante will vow to attend future therapy sessions. Dante will also credit Sam for stopping him from killing Peter.
Jason and Britt
Viewers know that Jason is behind bars, and he will talk to Marcus Taggert about how he needs to get out and handle Cyrus Renault. More Jason-related spoilers suggest that Britt Westbourne will act like Jason’s doctor to score a visit with him. She will claim that she needs to make sure that Jason’s head injury is well treated. So, the guards might leave the two of them alone.
Spoilers suggest that Jason will tell Britt about how he thinks that Peter was the one who framed him in the Franco murder case. Britt will freak out over how Peter is awfully good at setting people up and worry what will happen to Jason next. Jason will ask Britt to calm down, but she will argue that it is her job to take care of him. She might even point out that the two of them should act as a team to tackle Cyrus.

Cyrus will imply that it is possible that Carly is the one running the whole show. But things will take a turn and will be directed towards Gladys soon after. At the Tan-O, Nina Reeves will ask “Mike” if he would be interested in knowing more about his past if he could. Sonny will admit that on some days, his past is the only thing he can think about. But other days, this second chance feels like he could start something big. After that, Nina is prepared to leave. She will think that it is time when they should all move on with their lives. However, then Sonny will end up pitching an idea to Nina. He will speak to her about burglaries and how crime is rising. Sonny will think that Nina might be able to save the town if she could publish a Crimson story.

However, then Sonny will say that Nina is still in charge and she can publish anything she wants. Nina will start getting nervous and insist that she would want to focus on getting better.
