The latest General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 3, reveal that a number of secrets will be out in the land of Port Charles. Starting off will be Michael as he extends an olive branch. While we don’t yet know much about who it is for, we can say that it will be either for Carly or Nina. Then, Nina will take charge and show everyone that Carly cannot rule the whole situation.

Michael’s Olive Branch
The General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 3 reveal that Michael will extend an olive branch in the Wednesday episode, and Carly Corinthos will have a lot to say about that. Michael will try to reach out to Nina and smooth things with her. Carly had a problem with Wiley visiting his new grandma the first time.
Of course, it is possible that this olive branch might be for Carly since he knows that she isn’t very happy about the grandma time he let Nina have. Whatever that might be, Carly will think that it will be better if everyone steps back for a moment. On the other hand, Michael will start wondering if Carly does not want Nina and Wiley to have a relationship? However, Carly will argue that it is only until things settle down between all of them.
General Hospital: Nina Is Furious
In the meantime, Ava Jerome will be really happy that Nina now knows the truth about her daughter. Although it is painful that she isn’t around anymore, Nina at least has the answers she was looking for so many years. Nina, on the other hand, will continue to grieve Nelle’s death. With that, she will make it clear that nobody can keep her away from Wiley. Nina will say that Carly thinks that she can run the show, but Nina will not comply. This might not end very well for her if she does anything wrong.
Liesl Drops A Bomb
More General Hospital spoilers for March 3 reveal that Liesl will address the crowd at the double wedding she recently crashed. Liesl will argue that she has found new evidence, and she wants to make sure that everyone knows about it. This includes Peter August. General Hospital viewers would remember that Liesl broke into Maxie and Peter’s apartment. There she found out the message Alex Devane Marick had left behind.
It looks like Obrecht will drop the bomb that Alex is Peter’s mother in the upcoming episode. There is a good chance that Liesl will use this whole thing to prove that Peter does not has a good side. He is nothing different from his dark parents Alex and Cesar Faison.
General Hospital: Maxie Tries To Do Damage Control
Maxie will be furious with Liesl and insist that she should tell everyone and, most importantly Peter, that whatever she said is a lie. She will try to act like Liesl must be making up this Alex mom shocker as a part of the plan to ruin the wedding. However, nothing would happen there because Peter can always take a look at the flash drive for himself if he wants any proof. Anna Devane won’t deny the truth once she gets confronted. More Peter-related spoilers suggest that later in the week, Peter will have a major showdown with Anna. General Hospital spoilers suggest Peter will score Anna’s confession later in the week, and it will turn his world upside down.
Finn Is Sad
When Finn realizes that Anna knew about this all along and did not tell him, he will be hurt about that. Harrison Chase will come in and comfort Finn. So, that will be a conversation about secrets and how much damage they cause. Chase had first-handedly experienced with Willow Tait. However, he is really grateful that he is getting a second chance. So, Chase will urge that Finn must listen to Anna’s side of the story and give her another chance too.
Other Finn-related news suggests that Finn had come clean to Anna about Chase potentially being his biological son. However, he hasn’t yet told that to either Chase or Gregory Chase. The fact that Finn has such a big secret of his own, it will be interesting to see what happens next between all of them.
General Hospital: Dante Confesses
There will be a lot of falling out after Liesl reveals the truth about Alex being Peter’s mother. Sam McCall will note that Dante Falconeri wasn’t really surprised about Liesl being in the town. So, Sam will realize that Dante already knew that Obrecht is back in Port Charles; after that, Dante will confess to her that he is the one working with Leisl.
It looks like the Wednesday episode of General Hospital will witness a lot of falling out and a lot of drama. It is quite clear that the double wedding is now postponed as this huge bomb just dropped. What will happen next? Will Will Peter able to accept the fact and forgive Nina?
