This is none other than Ian Buchanan who will come back to reprise his role as Duke Lavery soon. There has been a lot of buzz lately about a return that was until now a secret. Now we know who that character is.
Ian Buchanan recently shared a video where he spoke about this comeback. With that news, he also shared that it would just be a Cameo. In a message addressed to General Hospital fans, Buchanan confirmed that he would make a ghostly return soon. In the video, we can see him saying that he is letting out a little secret. He says that he will be going to be there on Monday or Tuesday in the coming week. He would just appear and then ghost. In the video, Buchanan did not share any plot details. However, we certainly think that one of the reasons why he might be a perfect fit in the storyline right now. Julian Jerome is already running out of time on the soap opera. So, it is possible that Duke’s ghost would be a part of his exit storyline. Viewers would know that a masked gunman took a shot at Julian this December 14. While Julian managed to make a break for it, Sonny Corinthos and Jason Morgan dealt with the sudden disruption.
Julian is alive and now he will do his best to get out of the town. However, spoilers suggest that things will turn deadly soon. Before Julian goes away, he will be haunted by some ghosts from his past. That would make sense for Duke to also pop up. Julian was the one who ordered a hit on Duke. That is the same shot Carlos Rivera took.
Many other faces could also appear on the soap opera and leave Julian spooked when he finally dies. It looks like Julian’s past will get to him in more than one ways.
