The latest General Hospital spoilers reveal that Peter might have done more harm to himself than good after meeting Elizabeth Webber recently. General Hospital viewers know that Peter wanted Elizabeth to do an interview with The Invader where she could speak about her husband and his recent murder.
However, the recent updates on the soap reveal that something might be changing in the situation. Liz had found Jason kneeling beside Franco’s body, and that led her into believing that he was the one who killed Jason. But now it looks like Liz’s outlook is about to change. What would happen? Why Elizabeth Thinks Jason Killed Her Husband?
There are a number of reasons that seem to contribute to why Liz thought that Jason could have killed her husband. The first one was because she found Jason kneeling beside Franco’s dead body. The other reason was that Franco had asked Jason to kill him if his brain tumor comes back and pushes him to be the bad Franco.
During the time when Franco was murdered at General Hospital, his dark side was returning. Franco had asked Jason that he must kill him if he finds any indication of his dark side coming back and he would harm anybody. Liz eventually found out about the deal and insisted that Jason called it off but back at the time, Jason didn’t flip. So, it is understandable that Liz might believe that Jason took a shot at her husband.
General Hospital: Liz Starts Suspecting
The latest General Hospital spoilers suggest that Liz will start getting suspicious of a number of things. Viewers know that Franco recently started hearing Peter’s voice in his head because of the leftover memories from the time he was Drew. With Peter so eager to put all the blame on Jason for Franco’s murder case, it wouldn’t take very long for Liz to realize that something might be wrong there.
If that does happen, more spoilers suggest that Liz will find a phone that Franco had when he believed that he was Drew. On the phone, she will find a message where Drew left a message about his memories of the crimes Peter had committed. So, Liz will soon start getting suspicious of Peter and might have a change in her heart.
Not just that, Liz will visit Jason behind bars, along with Jake Webber in the April 2 Episode, where he will tell Jake that he did not murder Franco. He wouldn’t do anything that would ever hurt Jake. Hearing that might also change the way Liz might be looking at the situation. It looks like a number of things will happen that will push Elizabeth to change how she is looking at this situation.
