Viewers know that Nina recently came to know that Sonny is alive and right now is living life as “Mike,” who has no idea of his past. Nina Is Vengeful
General Hospital viewers know that Nina is mad at Jax and Carly for keeping the truth about Nelle Benson from her and also says that if she hadn’t known about Nelle, she wouldn’t even know that she had a grandson- baby Wiley. Jax’s argument here is that he hadn’t thought of the grandson angle. So right now, Nina has left Jax and is punishing Carly with keeping the information that Sonny is alive from her.

General Hospital spoilers suggest that Nina will soon start thinking about Sonny’s kids and how they are suffering and mourning for something that they don’t even have to mourn about. She will also think of baby Wiley and how her hiding the truth about Sonny might be keeping baby Wiley away from his grandpa. So, she might sooner or later confess the whole thing.
General Hospital: Nina To Confess The Truth?
Right now, Nina is at Tan-O and is growing close with “Mike.” However, spoilers suggest that after she has a change in heart, she might confess everything to Sonny. While we don’t know when that would happen, we can say that it might happen after Nina and Mike have become really close, and Mike might be looking forward to a life with Nina.
Since Sonny has become easy go lucky guy, he might side with Nina and say that he understands why Nina did what she did. Nevertheless, Sonny might want to go back to Port Charles for the sake of his children. He was anyways worried about leaving people from his old life who might feel abandoned. So, “Mike” would take that step for his kids even if he doesn’t remember them at that point.
Since Sonny is aware that Nina is from Port Charles, it looks like some drama is coming up there. Is it possible that “Mike” might want to go back home with Nina as a couple? Maybe Mike would choose Nina and reject Carly. Carly would indeed be heartbroken when she comes to know about the whole situation. What would happen there?
