The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: What Is Going On with Hope & Douglas
Douglas arrived a few weeks after Caroline’s death. When hope offered to make mac and cheese just like his mother, they begin to bond. While all the cooking was going on, the two of them started talking about angels and heaven. Hope told Douglas that Beth and Caroline are angels that are watching him from a distance. Even though he liked the answer, he wished they weren’t so far away.

The bonding process continued when Hope sang along “Baby Shark” with him. She is beginning to find out time for him. He also told Thomas that he likes Hope. Thomas thanked her for being there for him and his son. Taylor Hayes was the first person who told Thomas that it would be good for both Hope and Douglas if she and Thomas got together. Since Hope wants to be a mother and Douglas needs one, this combination would be perfect. Considering how both of them are bonding, it is a good idea. Ridge Forrester then pointed out that Hope was already married to Liam.

Thomas expressed his gratitude to Hope for being there for Douglas during this difficult time. He is noticing the bond between his child and Hope is getting stronger. Thomas is also going to tell Hope that when Caroline passed away, they were not together. Soon, it is going to be clear to Hope that Caroline and Thomas were never romantically involved and he is a single man.

Douglas is going to have a special request for Hope which will touch her. Douglas is going to ask Hope whether she will be his mother and it will take both Thomas and Hope by surprise. Even though it is likely that Hope won’t give in to this request, a seed is certainly planted. She might reconnect with Thomas especially after knowing that he and Caroline were not involved when she died.
